Gary Keogh

I am an Irish change agent specialised in the intersection between global corporations and executive coaching. I am dedicated to support leaders and teams in creating psychological safe environments - and from there create organisations that can actually unleash potential and move the needle.

My ability as a corporate change agent is informed both on practical and theoretical knowledge. I leverage a 27-year career in two FTSE100 and two family-owned businesses, including 11 years on various boards. Furthermore, I hold an MBA from the University of Bath and a Masters (MSc) in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.

In my Masters dissertation I developed and tested a state-of-the-art tool for evaluating a team’s actual degree of psychological safety. This tool leverages six decades of empirical evidence on psychological safety in workplaces - and I am thrilled to collaborate with CultureLead on bringing this tool to your organisation as well!
